Is there a free trial?
Yes. Rupam.ai offers a permanent free tier with 500 scans per month — no credit card required. This is enough to build a working integration and test skin analysis results before committing.
What happens when I exceed my monthly scan limit?
Overage scans are billed at ₹3/scan (Starter), ₹2.25/scan (Growth), and ₹1.50/scan (Professional). You will receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your monthly quota. You can also upgrade at any time to avoid overage charges.
How does annual billing work?
Paying annually gives you 2 months free — equivalent to a 20% discount. Annual plans are billed upfront. If you need to cancel, you receive a prorated refund for unused months.
Is the API DPDPA compliant?
Yes. All face scan data is processed and stored on India-hosted infrastructure (AWS Mumbai ap-south-1 region). Rupam.ai is compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. No scan data is transferred outside India without explicit customer consent.
How is Rupam.ai different from generic computer vision APIs?
